The Brook Runs Throught It! Picturesque 3.28 acre lot in a country location. Access to trails, but within walking distanmce to town, and schools. I attached some maps, in which I marked out the trails that run along the property line, and also the driveway. There is access to the backside of the property via Stone Bridge Rd, but the driveway is on Breakneck Hill Rd, just have to look through the trees to find it or look for the blue gravel. The driveway is up the hill past the guardrail on the right. The electric will have to be turned on again but it is installed on the property. I did have an engineer walk the property and he pointed out a location where a septic could go on the backside of the property, the stone bridge road side of the property. The property has lots of history including a 200 year old stone bridge/dam for one of the springs. The snowmobile trail goes right over the stone bridge along the topside of the property line. This property would be great for someone who wants easy access to the snowmobile trail, or to the boat ramp on the Connecticut River. There's no neighbors in sight yet you're a mile from Main street. The schools are also in walking distance and within a mile. Cutting some trees will open up the view. Also theres a potential for some income from the timber on the property as there's lots of 200 year old hardwood, pine and Hemlock
